The staff at Four Seasons really tried to get the flowers that I ordered delivered in a timely manner (my friend stayed in the hospital longer than expected and it took several days to get the flowers to him). The staff that I spoke with was always courteous and I will definitely use Four Seasons again.

I was very impressed with the service I received. One of the flowers in the picture of the bouquet online was not in stock. I received both a call and a personal email from someone at the shop asking if they could subsitute the flower for a similar type. I would never have even noticed if they had just made the fix, but I appreciated them reaching out.
